At Cosmetic Hair Company, our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality hair toppers, wigs, and exceptional customer service. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Faulty Products: If the product you received is faulty, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please contact our Customer Service Team at cosmetichaircompany@gmail.com with proof of purchase and an accompanying photo, video, or explanation of the fault.
2. Significant Differences: If the product you receive is significantly different from what was shown or described to you, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. 3. Unfit for Purpose: If the product does not meet the purpose you made known to us before we supplied it to you, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please contact our Customer Service Team at cosmetichaircompany@gmail.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
Please note that wigs, hair toppers, hair extensions, and ponytails are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, unless they fall under the circumstances mentioned above.
Refund Process:
1. Returned items will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Domestic and International Exchanges: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including return shipping. We will ship the replacement item once only. Customers must also ensure that any necessary customs fees, taxes, or import duties are paid when returning the item. Any fees associated with the replacement item will be the customer's responsibility.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned after purchase: wigs, hair toppers, clip-in hair extensions, and ponytails.
Proof of Purchase:
You can use the following as proof of purchase:
- Emailed receipt
- E-receipt tax invoice
- Account order history
- Any other proof of purchase, such as a bank statement
